Every number in these guides, from a boss's health to the cost of an upgrade, is read from the game's own source before it is written down, and the header of each chapter records when that check was last made. When a game changes, its guide changes with it.
They are written to be read before you play and kept open while you do. The first chapter of each guide explains the game's goal and your first five minutes; the later ones go system by system, map by map, boss by boss, without padding and without spoiling story beats you would rather find yourself.
