ForgeFront Studios ("we", "us") makes free browser games, novels and custom software, published at forgefrontstudios.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, why, who else receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to every page and game on this domain.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Google sign-in (optional). If you sign in, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them to show your account chip, keep your library and purchases tied to you, and contact you about your account. We never receive your Google password.
- Mailing list (optional). If you join the list on the homepage we store the email address you enter, and use it only to tell you when a new game or book ships.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the message and your address so we can reply.
Information stored automatically
- Game saves. Games save your progress in your browser's local storage. That data stays on your device; we do not upload it. Clearing your browser data, or using a game's reset option, deletes it.
- Server logs. Like every web server, ours records IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are deleted on a rolling basis.
- Cookies. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Advertising cookies are described in section 3.
2. How we use information
- to run the games, the reader and your account;
- to keep the site secure and working, and to fix problems;
- to send the mailing-list emails you asked for;
- to understand, in aggregate, which games and pages people use, so we can improve them;
- to show advertising that pays for the free games.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to display ads on this site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads here.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through a certified consent management platform before personalised ads are shown. If you decline, you may still see non-personalised ads.
Some of our games are also published on third-party portals such as CrazyGames. When you play a game there, that portal's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. Children
Our games are designed for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Play without signing in — every game works as a guest.
- Clear game saves by clearing your browser data or using the game's reset option.
- Unsubscribe from the mailing list with the link in any email.
- Ask us for a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Brazil's LGPD) you may have further rights, including to object to processing and to complain to your data-protection authority.
7. Retention and security
We keep account information while your account exists and delete it when you ask us to. Mailing-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. We use HTTPS across the site and restrict access to stored data.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
