These terms apply when you use forgefrontstudios.com, play its games or read its books. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The games and books
Our games are free to play in your browser, with no install and no account required. Some books offer free chapters, with the rest available to members. We work hard to keep everything running, but the site is provided "as is" and a game may change, be rebalanced, or occasionally be unavailable.
2. Your account
Signing in is optional and uses Google. You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site, cheat in ways that affect other players, or break the law.
3. Game saves
Progress is stored in your own browser. It can be lost if you clear browser data, switch device or browser, or use a game's reset option. We can't recover a save that was stored only on your device.
4. Purchases
Where something is sold, the price and what you receive are shown before you pay. Digital items are delivered immediately, so they're non-refundable once delivered unless the law where you live says otherwise or the item didn't work — in which case email us and we'll put it right.
5. Acceptable use
- Don't attack, overload or try to break into the site or its servers.
- Don't scrape, copy or republish our games, art, music or text.
- Don't use the site to harass anyone or to distribute unlawful content.
6. Our content
The games, code, artwork, music, characters, stories and text on this site belong to ForgeFront Studios unless stated otherwise. You may share links to them and stream or record your own gameplay. Everything else needs our written permission.
7. Advertising and third parties
The site shows ads served by Google and links to third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content or policies. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, ForgeFront Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.
